Brier Hall Access

Brier Hall Access is a boat launch in North Carolina, set within Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge and managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The nearest town is Lake Neighborhood, about 1.7 miles away. Weather here stays mild for most of the year, based on typical averages from the Manteo airport station about 13 miles away. Midsummer is the warmest stretch, with July highs around 86°F and lows near 73°F, and June through August all bring highs in the 80s.
