Indian Lake State Park

Indian Lake State Park is a 537-acre state park in Michigan, managed by the state park agency, about 1.2 miles from Michiwaukee Shores. The park holds two campgrounds, making it a base for overnight stays in the area. Summer brings the mildest weather. Typical averages from the Manistique WWTP weather station, about 5 miles away, show July highs near 73°F with lows around 57°F, and August is similar at about 74°F and 56°F.
