Chassell Beach is a public lake beach in Michigan, set within Chassell Township Park less than a mile from the town of Chassell. Summer is the most comfortable time for a beach visit. July typically averages highs around 77°F and lows near 51°F at the nearby Jacobsville weather station, and August is only slightly cooler. Winters are cold, with January highs in the mid-20s. The Chassell Fitness Trail, a cross-country ski route, is about a third of a mile away. The South Boardwalk and North Boardwalk hikes are both about 5 miles off.
