Hutchinson Island: FPL Easement is a public beach access point on Hutchinson Island in Florida, about 3 miles from the town of Indian River Estates. The access has parking, which makes it a straightforward place to pull in and walk out to the sand. The most comfortable stretch is late fall through spring, when typical highs at a nearby weather station run in the mid-70s to around 80°F, from about 73°F in January to 80°F in April. Summer is hotter, with typical highs near 89°F and lows around 77°F in July and August. For a change from the beach, the East Coast Greenway lies about 6 miles away.
