Roadside Boulder is a climbing area in Colorado, about 0.2 miles from the town of Gunnison. It sits in a tight cluster of other climbing spots, so a visit here can easily take in several nearby walls and boulders in one outing. The most comfortable climbing season runs from June through September. A nearby weather station records typical average highs in the 70s to about 80°F and lows in the 30s and 40s. July and August bring the most wet days, so June and September tend to offer drier conditions. Gate View Canyon, Upper Caves and Have a Little Help From My Friends Wall are each about 0.1 miles away. The I-bar to Western mountain bike trail lies about 0.7 miles off, and Gunnison KOA, about 1.5 miles away, is a convenient place to camp.
