Main Pinecliffe Crag is a climbing area in the Boulder Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado. It sits about 0.3 miles from the Pinecliffe climbing area, which makes it an easy addition to a day spent exploring the surrounding crags. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb here. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 79°F with lows near 50°F, and September still runs near 70°F by day. Winters are cold, with January highs around 39°F and lows near 17°F. Other spots close by include South Boulder Creek for paddling, about 0.6 miles away, and the Winiger Ridge Trail, about 1.5 miles off. Boiling Gulch is about 2 miles away, and Winiger Ridge campground is about 2.9 miles away for an overnight stay.
