The Ledges is a climbing area in the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several named climbing spots, including Shark's Fin Wall and the White Dike Area, which all lie within about a tenth of a mile. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from the nearby Waterdale weather station run to highs around 68°F in May and 76°F in September, with July the warmest month at about 87°F. Hikers can find the O'Keepa Trail about 1.3 miles away and the Grouse Hollow Trail about 1.4 miles away. Paddlers have the Big Thompson River roughly 4 miles off and the Cache la Poudre River about 5.2 miles away.
