The Diamond is a climbing area in Rocky Mountain National Park, managed by the National Park Service and set within the Rocky Mountain National Park Wilderness. It sits inside the park's wilderness boundary, which makes it part of the protected backcountry rather than developed parkland. A fee applies, based on a National Park Service API note that activities here cost money. That covers any charges for climbing in the area. The Diamond sits right next to two other climbing areas, Chasm View Wall and West Face, both about 0.1 mile away. The North Longs Peak Trail starts about 1.3 miles off, and Boulder Brook Trail is roughly 2.3 miles away.
