Trailhead Wall is a climbing area in the Leadville Ranger District of the Pike and San Isabel National Forests in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. It sits about 0.1 mile from two other climbing areas, Summit Dome and Boulder Wall, making it easy to pair with a visit to either of them. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb here. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 74°F with lows near 43°F, while September cools to highs in the mid-60s. That station sits about 900 feet below the wall, so temperatures at the climbing area run cooler. Black Cloud and Echo Canyon are hikes within about a mile. Twin Peaks Campground is about 1.6 miles away, and Lake Creek offers canoeing at about 1.1 miles.
