Hidden Beach County Park

Hidden Beach County Park is a public ocean beach on the California coast, about 0.2 miles from Rio del Mar. It is managed as Hidden Beach Park. The park has restrooms, there is no fee, and dogs are allowed, so it makes an easy stop for a walk on the sand with a dog. Late summer into early fall is the driest, warmest stretch. Several trails are close by. Aptos Rancho Trail is about 1.7 miles away, and Oak Ridge Trail and Terrace Trail are both within about 2.4 miles.
