Crescent Lake West Side (Store Area) Boating Site is a boat launch in the Springerville Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in eastern Arizona, about 7 miles from the town of Greer. The site has vault toilets, and no fee is charged for use. Summer is the warmest stretch, with typical July highs around 76°F and lows near 47°F, based on averages from a nearby weather station in Greer. July and August also bring the most wet days, about 14 to 16 a month, so plan for rain if you go then. Overland Trail #615 starts less than a mile away, and the Sunrise Snowmobile 249 mountain bike route is about 1.7 miles off.
