About this program
This ranger-guided walk focuses on El Morro's numerous petroglyphs. Discover how these petroglyphs can pique our curiosity and illuminate our understanding of Ancestral Puebloan life at Atsinna more than 700 years ago! Join us for this easy walk on the Inscription Loop Trail, a paved half-mile trail. Bring comfortable footwear, sun protection, and water.
- Elevation at the start

- Above 5,000 ft the air is thinner. If you live lower down, drink more water and expect a slower pace than at home.
