About this program
Hike with a ranger along the Ocean Path trail and learn about Acadia's connection to the culture, history and beauty of coastal Maine. This 2-mile guided hike begins at the Gorham Mountain parking lot. Visitors can park in the parking lot or in the right lane of the road with all four tires on the pavement.
Trail is a mix of flat gravel and rocky uphill granite stones. Not recommend for visitors who cannot walk up granite steps. Closed toed shoes, bug spray, water, sunscreen, snacks and extra clothes are recommend.
