Experience Rock Creek Park from a different perspective during Scenic Driving Days, one of only two opportunities each year to travel the full length of Beach Drive by car. Enjoy a leisurely drive beneath the forest canopy alongside Rock Creek. Stop at Picnic Grove #6 to meet park rangers, explore activities and displays, and discover the park’s natural and cultural stories. Remember to drive slowly, watch for people and wildlife, and enjoy the scenic route through Rock Creek Park!
- Where to meet
- The entirety of Beach Drive will be open to automobile traffic. Ranger events will be occurring at Picnic Grove 6.
