Join Death Valley's park rangers and our community partners to mark the start of the Furnace Creek Water Systems Rehabilitation Project , a major investment in the essential services that connect people to the hottest place on earth.
This special event will include refreshments, remarks from park leadership, and a ceremonial groundbreaking to celebrate the start of the three-year project. Once completed, the modernized water systems will improve reliability, reduce emergency repairs, and provide resilient infrastructure capable of serving the Death Valley community well into the future.
