Three Lakes Day Use Area

Three Lakes Picnic area is situated across the lake from the campground, on the south shore of Walker Lake. It is a quiet relaxing area located far enough from heavy traffic to feel secluded but still very close to highways M-123 and M-28, making the site especially popular to those looking for an easy on/off highway access to take a break, have a picnic, stretch, and maybe get rejuvenated with a short hike on Walker Lake trail before continuing down the highway. The site includes picnic tables, grills, and vault toilets. Fishing is popular here with crappie, perch, bullhead, pike & bass found in the lakes. Carry-in boat access is available. These lakes are for non-motorized use only.
