About STAGMAN RIDGE TH
Provides access to Stagman Ridge Trail #12 which enters Mt. Adams Wilderness. A wilderness permit is required when entering Mt. Adams Wilderness. Wilderness permits are free and self-issued at the trailhead. Motorized and mechanized uses are not allowed in Wilderness areas. This 4.1 mile trail follows a long ridge through timber, meadows, and the burned area from the Cascade Creek Fire. It ends at the junction with the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail #2000. Gravel parking area with space for 10 vehicles. Road can be narrow.
