About Lower Crawfish Lake Trailhead

The; Crawfish Creek Trailhead is a small trailhead that accesses the Crawfish Lake Trail #1606 which goes to Crawfish Lake within North Fork John Day Wilderness and then continues on to the Upper Crawfish Lake Trailhead. Trail users can enjoy about a 3 mile trek on Trail #1606 between both trailheads. Located off the Elkhorn Drive Scenic Byway, common activities at the trailhead include day hiking and fall hunting. Parking is available for 3-4 vehicles.
