About FROG MOUNTAIN

Begin on a fairly wide trail walking thru large trees. The first 2 miles are mostly in the shade. After 2 miles of gentle climbing, the trail narrows and becomes more exposed. On a clear day, views of Glacier, Sloan, & Kyes Peaks can be seen to the west. At the summit, expect wildflowers in the spring, berries in the late summer and beautiful colors and huckleberries in the fall. Enjoy the view of the Skykomish Valley.
