About East Naturita Winter Trailhead
East Naturita (A.K.A ?Busted Arm Draw?) Winter Trailhead is approximately 13 miles southeast of Norwood, Colorado. This site is a popular cross-country skiing, hiking, fat bikes, and snowshoeing area with beautiful snow-covered views of Lone Cone Peak. The groomed trail is 4.6 miles in total (out and back) along FS Road 642 with an additional 4.3 miles of ungroomed routes. The Norwood Nordic Association, in collaboration with the Forest Service, maintains and grooms this trial network during the winter months (late December-early March) depending on snow accumulation.
