Located along the Illinois River Road (Forest Road 4103), where the Illinois River widens out and forms a deep pool. The depth of this pool, its proximity to the main road and the surrounding shallow terraces provide easy access to the beach. Facilities: No drinking water, no toilet, no garbage - Please pack it out. Note: parking prohibited inside the white lines.
