About Big Park Safety Shelter

The Big Park Safety Shelter is a facility that was provided to visitors through a grant with the Wyoming State Trails and Parks Department for the safety of snowmobilers in the winter time. The safety shelter is located off the F Trail in the winter approximately 30 miles from the Hams Fork Snowmobile Parking Lot. This safety shelter has a wood stove and some seating inside to provide cover to snowmobilers in the winter months. There is no trash service offered here so all trash must be removed with you when you leave.
