Pole Creek Wilderness Area

Pole Creek Wilderness Area spans over 13,000 acres of federally protected backcountry in Idaho, managed by the Bureau of Land Management as a non-motorized wilderness. The landscape offers primitive terrain suited to foot travel and pack stock, with opportunities for extended backpacking trips and day hikes in a setting designed to preserve solitude and natural conditions.

As a designated Wilderness Area, Pole Creek operates under strict rules: no roads, motorized vehicles, or mechanized travel are permitted.
