Mount Naomi Wilderness

Mount Naomi Wilderness is a 44,569-acre federally protected Wilderness Area in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. It offers primitive backcountry terrain suited to foot travel and self-reliant recreation. The area is closed to motorized vehicles, mountain bikes, and mechanized equipment—access is on foot or horseback only. Hikers and backpackers will find solitude in a non-developed landscape where Leave No Trace principles are essential to preserve the wilderness character.

Visitors should expect a true backcountry experience with no maintained facilities or developed infrastructure. Water sources, weather exposure, and navigation require solid outdoor skills and preparation.
