Noxville is a ghost town in Kimble County, Texas, situated along the James River. Travelers reach it via Ranch to Market Road 479, roughly 21 miles east of Junction.

Very little documented history survives about this settlement, and visitors today will find little more than a quiet rural setting along the river. It is the kind of place that rewards those simply curious about forgotten corners of the Texas landscape.
