Gold Creek

Gold Creek is a defunct settlement located in Elko County, Nevada. Little documentation survives about its origins or the community that once existed there, and it is today considered an extinct town.

Visitors drawn to ghost towns will find this a sparse destination — the historical record is thin, and any remains on the ground reflect that obscurity. As with many forgotten communities in rural Nevada, access to the area and what survives should be verified locally before making a trip.
