Coutchman is a ghost town located in northern Freestone County, Texas, situated roughly four miles southwest of Streetman near Texas Farm to Market Road 246, close to County Roads 994 and 995.
Little documented history survives about this former settlement, and visitors today will find little more than the rural Texas landscape that has reclaimed the site. It serves primarily as a point of curiosity for ghost town enthusiasts and photographers passing through the area.
