About Buster Falls

Buster Falls is a ghost town in Clark County, Nevada, occupying the site of a Civil War-era mining camp that once operated within El Dorado Canyon, part of the Colorado Mining District. The camp sat roughly a mile above the Lucky Jim Camp site and just above the point where El Dorado Canyon meets Copper Canyon, with Huse Spring and the Techatticup Mine lying downcanyon. The origin of the name Buster Falls remains unknown.

Visitors today will find little more than a remote canyon setting. The historical record on the camp is sparse, and no significant standing structures or developed access are documented.
