Hardy Lake is a 741-acre reservoir in Scott County managed by Indiana DNR as a state recreation area, offering some of the best largemouth bass fishing in southeastern Indiana. The lake's irregular shoreline, abundant aquatic vegetation, and submerged structure provide excellent habitat for bass and crappie. The surrounding Hardy Lake State Recreation Area offers convenient bank fishing access and a boat launch.
